This Return and Refund Policy explain how returns and refunds are handled at Glamrennt. Our goal is to keep expectations clear while respecting the nature of rental garments and the standards set under Singapore law.

Nature of Rental Items

All items provided by Glamrennt are rented for temporary use only. Because dresses are worn for specific occasions, returns work differently from traditional retail purchases. Each item is checked before dispatch to confirm it meets rental standards.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, sizing details, and rental periods cautiously before placing an order.

When Returns Are Accepted

A return request may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered item is significantly different from the confirmed order
  • The item arrives with visible damage that affects usability
  • The incorrect size or style was delivered due to an internal handling issue

Any concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at [email protected]. Requests received after this window may not be reviewed.

Returned items must remain unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Situations Where Returns Are Not Allowed

Returns will not be approved in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Fit preferences that differ from expectations
  • Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or screen display
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services
  • Items returned without prior approval

Items showing signs of use, odor, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not qualify for return review.

Refund Method and Processing

Glamrennt accepts Cash on Delivery as the only form of order settlement.

Approved refunds are processed exclusively through Bank Transfers. No alternative methods are supported.

Once a return is approved and the item passes inspection, the transfer will be initiated within a reasonable processing period. Customers may be asked to share accurate banking details to avoid delays.

Responsibility During the Rental Period

Customers are responsible for the item from the moment it is delivered until it is returned. Any loss, major damage, or permanent alteration during the rental period may affect eligibility for a refund.

Data Handling and PDPA Compliance

Any personal details shared during return or refund communication are handled in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Information is used strictly for order verification, communication, and processing purposes and is not shared beyond what is required for operational reasons.
